1. How to Place an Order?
Ordering with us is super easy. Simply select the merchandise you want, add them to your shopping cart, and when ready, clickthe cart icon at the top right of your sceen. You’ll be directed to the checkout to complete your order.
2. Why my order got canceled?
It is possible, from time to time that we miss listing items that are out-of-stock or discontinued. In the event that you place an order for such an item, we will promptly notify you of this and cancel that portion of your order. Thus crediting back the un-used potion to you.
3. How to place multiple orders?
If you find that after placing the 1st order that you missed some items, you can simply place a new order immediately, or give us a call. We will be glad to help you in fulfilling your order.
4. How many times I can download my purchased product?
Products that areavailable for download will list the applicable limit on a per-product basis. You can locate this information by visiting your account page and selecting “Downloads.”
5. How can I check my order status?
Simply hover over the “My Account” tab in the menu bar and select “Order Tracking” from the dropdown menu. You will then be directed to the order tracking page.
6. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
After placing an order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation.” During each step of the order fulfillment process, you will receive email notification of the status of your order. You may also login to your account any time to view the status of any pending or past orders.
1. My transaction failed but the money is deducted from my account. What should I do?
If this occurs, please contact us immediately. We will promptly look into the situation and remidy it.

Yes. At this time Guest Checkout is unavailable.

Currently. All products are available for return/replacement.
4. Within how many days I can ask for a replacement?
Merchandise can be returned or scheduled for replacement within 30-days from the date of purchase.

3. How can I get my orders delivered faster?
We offer a variety of shipping methods to expidite the ordering process. If you need to schedule a custom shipping timeframe, please give us a call within 24-hours of placing your order.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Currently, we only ship to the Domestic Uinted States.
5. What happens to undelivered orders?
All orders are tracked via USPS. In the event that your order has not been received within 2-weeks of purchase. Please contact us immediately to investigate the issue.
6. What is the estimated delivery time?
Typically, it takes around 2-weeks to complete the ordering process.
1. Can I cancel my order and ask for a refund?
Orders can be canelled within the first 24-hours. Thereafter, the standard restock fee of 25% will be withheld from any refunded amounts.
2. I've still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?
Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed with your merchant service.
4. What are the different modes of refund available?
In the event of a refund, these will be issued in the same manner as the purchase transaction was made.
